According to Arunas Manpower And Security Services Pvt Ltd , I am joining the company call center on the post of caller. We Have been told by the organization that we will be given 20 numbers daily and 520 numbers in a month. Out of which it is mandatory for us to have 250 candidate visit the institute every month so that the recruiter staff can be 30 registration for us from them every month,then we will be given a salary of 10-12 thousand rupees per month by the company.if we are not able to discharge the responsibilities given by the company properly then the company can remove us at its own will by paying salary without any pressure or condition.
