Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tele-Caller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing multiple processes, and handling data in Google Sheets. You will be using a manual/auto dialer and will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on customer visits and vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/auto dialer.
• Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs.
• Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Work on multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management in Google Sheets.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with a fixed off on Sunday
• 2 Saturdays off per month (flexible)
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, working Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
