Tele calling

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls to customers and generate leads or provide customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Respond to incoming calls and provide relevant information.

Explain products or services and generate interest.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.

Schedule appointments or site visits (for real estate, healthcare, etc.).

Maintain daily call logs and submit reports.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.

Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred.

Good verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu].

Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
