Job Summary:

First India Credit is looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to explain our financial services and generate quality leads for personal loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products

• Explain loan offerings clearly and professionally

• Maintain records of calls and follow-up status

• Handle basic customer inquiries and guide them through the application process

• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team leader

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus

• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or finance will be an advantage
