• Experience in inside sales & lead generation

Main responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads, customer follow-ups, sales closures...

• Developing quotations and proposals

• Develop and nurture Key accounts.

• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, when required

• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets

• Managing the Social Media Marketing
