We are looking for a dynamic CRM Executive to join our customer service team. This role involves managing customer queries through voice calls, emails, and chat support.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (voice process – 80%)
Respond to customer inquiries via email (10%) and chat (10%)
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience in both voice and chat processes is mandatory
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
