• Handle calls, chats, and lead generation from a provided database.

• Address customer queries, understand needs, and close deals.

• Maintain and update customer records with proper follow-ups.

• Strong convincing and closing skills with Excel/Word proficiency.

• Process orders accurately and resolve client complaints.

• Meet sales quotas by exceeding expectations.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications: -

• Graduate with 1+ year sales experience,

• Negotiation skills, and system/software knowledge.

• Female candidate.

Office Timing - Monday to Saturday.

10 am to 7 pm

Salary Range Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000
