Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on daily leads received from IndiaMART & other platforms

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations

• Share product details, pricing, and delivery information professionally

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel/CRM

• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order delivery updates

• Send quotations and proforma invoices to clients when required

• Maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients for repeat business

📋 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Sales mindset with the ability to convince and convert

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience in telesales or IndiaMART leads (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to work independently and manage daily follow-ups
