Job description

Business Development Manager-

Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Analyse competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Lead Generation and Sales:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

Set and track sales targets, aligned with company goals.

Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.

Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Successful generation and conversion of leads.

Establishment of strategic partnerships and alliances.

Market expansion and penetration.

Client satisfaction and retention.

Percentage of sales targets achieved.
