Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Female CRM Executive to join our growing team at Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth communication to enhance partner satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Corporate Clients.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, itineraries, and payments.
Maintain an updated CRM database and follow up on leads and queries promptly.
Assist in developing customized travel solutions for clients.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and ticketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively work to resolve issues.
Share product updates, offers, and promotional deals with partners.
Generate basic MIS reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only.
Graduate in any stream (Preference for Travel & Tourism or Hospitality background).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Experience in travel CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
