Customer Interaction:
Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and needs.
Vehicle Presentation:
Showcase vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives to demonstrate functionality.
Test Drives:
Facilitating test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicles firsthand.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers.
Paperwork Completion:
Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Strive to meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
Post-Sale Follow-up:
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Lead Generation:
Develop leads through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
