To drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients for high-speed Internet Lease Line (ILL) services and scalable Cloud Storage solutions. The role involves client acquisition, solution selling, lead generation, and after-sales coordination.
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities for leased line internet (1:1 dedicated bandwidth)
Conduct client site surveys, understand connectivity requirements, and offer tailored ILL solutions
Prepare proposals, pricing, with the technical team
Drive account closures through cold calls, meetings, and demos
Build relationships with IT managers, procurement heads, and CXOs
Promote cloud storage, backup, and disaster recovery offerings to businesses
Understand clients' data needs and suggest cost-effective storage plans (e.g. hybrid/cloud)
Explain advantages of data compliance, scalability, and cloud security features
Collaborate with pre-sales/cloud engineers for demos and POCs
Upsell and cross-sell cloud features to existing clients (multi-region, backup automation, etc.)
Participate in digital and field campaigns, exhibitions, and webinars
Generate leads through social media, telecalling, and email marketing
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and deal information
Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and demand trends
