We are looking for Assistant General Manager Of Sales and Marketing Depertment

Industry- Transmission and Distribution

Experience- 10- 15 years

Key Responsibilities-

Conduct domestic market research and competitor analysis in the transmission line hardware segment

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Identify and build strong relationships with EPC clients & strstegic partners

Drive sales growth and mange end to end client interaction including tenders and proposals

Lead and manage the sales/ marketing team, ensuring performance and development

Submit regular replorts to management and ensure complience with company policies

Skills-

CRM & Ms.office proficiency

B2B Sales and client relationship management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Team leadership & performace tracking

Decision Making skill

Qualification-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/ Marketing is preferred
