Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a curated list, focusing on online UG/PG/MBA programs.
Introduce and explain the benefits of College Gyan’s services and educational offerings.
Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the best courses tailored to them.
Address customer queries and concerns in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled.
Stay up-to-date with the latest education trends, College Gyan’s offerings, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the advantages of our services.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Freshers with a strong interest in the education sector are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Adaptable and professional in handling rejections and objections.
Basic knowledge of online education and UG/PG/MBA programs is a plus, but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
