Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our line of skin care products startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach through innovative strategies in both retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B and B2C) in domestic and international markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product distribution and brand visibility.
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners including distributors, retailers, dermatologists, spas, salons, and e-commerce platforms.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align growth strategies with brand goals.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to represent the brand and generate leads.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Minimum senior secondary passed Marketing, or a related field .
0-1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skin care industry.
Strong understanding of skin care market dynamics and consumer trends.
