Market Research & Prospecting
Identify and compile a list of potential Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for business partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay updated on NBFC industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead Generation
Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online research, and other channels.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to ensure steady business growth.
Client Engagement & Meetings
Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers at target NBFCs.
Present Usha Finance’s services, value propositions, and partnership opportunities clearly and persuasively.
Business Development & Sales Closure
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams to align on goals and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics for management review.
Client Relationship Management
Foster long-term relationships with onboarded NBFC partners to drive repeat business and maintain high satisfaction levels.
