Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services across various regions in India. This is a field-based role, ideal for individuals who are proactive, communicative, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and field activity.
Client Interaction: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and convert leads into successful sales.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, target achievement, and customer interactions.
Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
Familiar with regional languages for better communication with local clients
Qualification: MBA / Any Degree
Languages Required: Tamil, English, Kannada, Telugu
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
