Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.

Promote the company’s real estate services to potential clients and partners.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate ( 0.5-3 years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking abilities and market awareness.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
