Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Sales Manager to lead sales and operations for our banquet and event space in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, with at least 5 years of experience in banquet or event sales and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive banquet sales through proactive client engagement and lead generation

Manage end-to-end operations of banquet events including planning, coordination, and execution

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales with corporate and private clients

Collaborate with chefs, decorators, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution

Monitor event budgets, billing, and profitability

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during events

Supervise banquet staff and coordinate internal logistics
