Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Insurance Industry

Location: Remote (PAN India) – Field-Based Role (Not Work from Home)

About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and ambitious professionals for the position of General Manager (GM) in the insurance industry. This is a field-based leadership role where you will play a key part in expanding our distribution network and leading high-performance teams across India.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Build & lead a team of 10 Team Leaders (Sr. FDOs)

• Guide Team Leaders to recruit their own 10 FDOs (Sales Executives)

• Train and mentor the team to achieve sales targets

• Monitor and improve sales performance through regular field activity

• Recruit agents on commission basis (optional)

• Ensure one insurance policy is completed for IRDA code generation (Mandatory as per IRDA guidelines)

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹50,000/month

• Incentives: Unlimited (Performance-Based – "Sky is the Limit")

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (Field & Team Handling)

• Insurance or Finance Industry background preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Willingness to work in the field and build teams from scratch

• Immediate joining preferred.

• Must be ready to complete 1 insurance policy(Health/Term/Life) to generate IRDA code (mandatory for the job)

• This job is Remote – PAN India, but field-based, not work-from-home
