We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Unit Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

1. Preferably a bachelor’s degree.

2. 2 years of experience in Field sales.

3. Salary up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

4. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

5. Fluency in the local language.

6. Goal-driven attitude.

7. Must have a personal vehicle.
