Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and activate agents for life insurance distribution

• Help agents identify prospects and close customer sales

• Participate in client meetings and presentations with agents

• Conduct regular training, engagement, and performance reviews

• Track agent sales metrics and ensure consistent business inflow

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth backend operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream is required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

• Prior exposure to life insurance or financial products is preferred

• Good local market understanding and strong communication skills
