Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in medical equipment sales and a strong understanding of surgical instruments. This role requires managing product life cycles, driving product growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product life cycle, including market research, product development, launch, and post-launch activities.

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive sales and market share.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and opportunities for product improvements.

• Provide product training and technical support to sales and distribution teams.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

• Prepare regular reports on product performance, forecasts, and plans.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a focus on surgical instruments.

• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and industry standards.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to manage product portfolios and drive revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or healthcare).
