👉•Experience• - •Minimum 2-3 years of experience of retail & domestic sales in any industry. Renewable energy or environmental sector is preferred.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
•Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and strategy development.
•Ability to travel as required to meet clients and to attend industry events.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

👉•Qualification•- Bachelor’s degree in any subject; MBA preferred.

👉•Salary•- 4- 6 LPA

👉•Responsibilities• - •Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth in the solar renewable sector.
•Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
•Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to senior management.
•Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
