Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Incharge to oversee and lead the retail sales operations in our jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury or fine jewelry sales, team management skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the jewelry showroom or sales floor.
Lead a team of sales executives, ensuring high performance and adherence to sales targets.
Provide training and guidance to sales staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with stock control, and ensure displays are attractive and updated.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share performance metrics with senior management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7years of experience in jewelry sales, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Well-versed in handling luxury or high-net-worth clients.
Good computer skills; familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
Professional appearance and behavior in line with luxury retail standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Multilingual skills (English, Tamil).
Experience with sales performance tracking and customer relationship management.
