Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage industry and a passion for customer relationship management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with customers for loan products (secured and unsecured)

Achieve assigned sales targets for respective roles and locations

Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful deals

Provide financial consultation to clients regarding loan products

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation

Monitor and report performance metrics to higher management
