Responsibilities of Sales Lead: years of experience 3+

• Track leads journey and analyze the quality of leads by the reports generated by him.

• Leading a team without or with minimum hiccups.

• Taking reports from the team and working on it accordingly. 

• Focusing on the sales target accomplishment (Individual + Team) 

Qualifications:

·        Relevant experience in travel industry

·        Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)

·        Preferred: B. Com, or degrees in Marketing, Business, or Sales

·        For Sales Lead: MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus

·        Min Salary: 25k pm+ Incentives

·        Max Salary: 32k pm+ Incentives

·        Experience:3+ years relevant

·        Qualification: Graduate, MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus
