Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tech sales—particularly in blockchain, digital platforms, and custom software development—and a passion for building client relationships that deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across blockchain, SaaS, digital marketing, and software services.
Identify and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients to understand their technology needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align offerings with market demand.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches and positioning.
Represent Metablock at conferences, webinars, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in a digital/IT services company.
Strong understanding of blockchain, mobile/web development, or SaaS ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
