Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring excellent customer service in the process of selling residential or commercial real estate properties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.

  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end property consultation.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

  • Monitor real estate market trends and provide competitive insights.

  • Organize site visits and property tours for potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and report to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
