Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Leadership abilities and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
