Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and tele callers to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote financial products and services

• Drive lead generation activities and conversion through both online and offline channels

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews

• Analyze sales data and generate detailed reports to track team performance and growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion in target segments

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation standards

• Represent FinanceKaart in client meetings, business events, and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in fintech or BFSI)

• Strong communication, team management, and CRM skills

• Knowledge of financial products is a plus
