We're hiring sales managers for a top Housing Finance institution in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire home loan customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and open market channels.

• Meet monthly disbursement and portfolio quality targets.

• Build long-term relationships with partners and clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in home loan sales.

• Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
