We are a fast-growing Cybersecurity IT Company looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing initiatives across Mumbai and Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and managing lead generation, client acquisition, and marketing alignment. You will lead a team, oversee planning and performance monitoring, and play a key role in business expansion and talent acquisition, especially within the cybersecurity sector.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
Set clear targets and KPIs; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Build a results-driven, collaborative team culture focused on growth and accountability.
Develop and implement strategies for B2B lead generation, digital outreach, and customer acquisition.
Align marketing campaigns with sales goals to boost conversions and ROI.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials targeted at IT & cybersecurity clients.
Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks for the team.
Monitor lead status, conversions, and follow-ups; take corrective actions as needed.
Allocate tasks strategically based on strengths and track progress through dashboards.
Lead focused efforts to identify, attract, and hire high-performing sales professionals who can drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space.
Collaborate closely with the HR department to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including planning job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure the sales team is staffed with qualified, motivated individuals aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Continuously build a pipeline of strong sales candidates to support future expansion and team scalability.
Manage high-value client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
Support upselling/cross-selling efforts and identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events (PAN India, USA, Canada).
Track team performance against targets using CRM and reporting tools.
Generate and present performance reports to senior management.
Ensure CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) data is updated daily and maintained accurately.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and evolving cybersecurity challenges.
Collaborate with Product, IT, and Customer Success teams for unified client solutions.
Gather feedback and refine go-to-market strategies for better engagement.
Strong expertise in B2B lead generation and sales lifecycle management.
Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Woodpecker.
Solid background in email marketing, CRM management, and data validation.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and terminologies is a plus.
Exposure to USA/Canada-based client markets and trade expos is desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–6 years in sales and marketing, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proven record in B2B lead generation and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector is highly preferred.
Exposure to international trade shows and managing large accounts.
