Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products such as personal loans, OD, and BT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering the right lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into loan applications through direct sales, cold calls, referrals, field visits, or walk-ins.

• Promote various loan products (e.g., personal loans, OD, BT loans).

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Assist clients with the entire loan application process, including form filling, documentation, and submission.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with internal departments for processing, approvals, and disbursements.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and financial regulations.

• Maintain and update client databases using CRM tools or internal systems.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in loan sales or financial product sales (preferably 1–2 years).

• Strong understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and lending procedures.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused approach with a good sales track record.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
