Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Interact with pharmacy customers to promote suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents according to KYC norms.

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding in the store.

Field Sales:

• Visit residential neighborhoods, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and in-person engagement.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure within defined turnaround time (TAT).

Operational Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory guidelines during the sales and documentation process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales preferred.
  Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive and effective negotiation ability.

• Confidence in directly approaching and engaging with customers.

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹24,000.

• Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month.
