Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, a passion for customer engagement, and the drive to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell financial products and services to customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in finance, banking, or insurance sectors).

• Graduation preferred; minimum educational qualification is 12th pass.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
