Sales Executive

Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive (Apollo Pharmacy - In-Store & Field Sales)

Location: Multiple Locations (In-store at Apollo Pharmacy + Field Sales)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives up to ₹20,000/month
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Job Responsibilities

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

• Ensure visibility of promotional materials and branding at the store.

Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

• Follow up with potential leads and close sales within defined timelines (TAT).

Operational:

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in approaching and dealing with customers directly.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
