💰 Salary:₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role involving both in-store sales at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and field sales across residential and commercial areas. Key Responsibilities:

🏪 In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage with walk-in customers to promote suitable credit card products.

• Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and usage in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Collect and verify documents as per standard KYC norms

• Ensure in-store branding and display of promotional materials.

🚶‍♂Field Sales:

• Visit residential colonies, offices, retail stores, and pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of applications within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)

🗂 Operational & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless application processing and customer onboarding.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and banking guidelines during documentation and sales.

Candidate Requirements:

•Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

•Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales

•(Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Good persuasion and negotiation ability

• Confidence in approaching customers directly

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

• Basic understanding of financial products and documentation norms (KYC)
