🔸 Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

🔸 Location: Site Office – Ambivli East, Near NRC

🔸 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers at the site and provide them detailed project information.

• Generate new leads through field visits, tele-calling, and online platforms.

• Conduct site visits with interested clients and explain amenities, pricing, and offers.

• Follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into bookings.

• Maintain daily call records and client database.

• Coordinate with back office and CRM team for documentation and follow-ups.

• Meet monthly sales targets and support the marketing team in campaigns.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in sales (Real estate experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, target-oriented, and enthusiastic personality.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and phone handling.

• Must have a two-wheeler for local site travel (preferred but not mandatory).

• Fresher with good convincing skills can also apply.
