Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients in a compelling manner
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies
• Mentor and support junior sales team members when required
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
