Job Summary:

Kiaan Technology is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our technology-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience (1+ year preferred, fresher with strong communication may apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of IT/software products is a plus.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
