Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile Industry
Location: Hoodi, Bangalore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.

• Arrange and conduct test drives.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing customers.

• Close sales and coordinate documentation with internal teams.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update sales records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–3 years in automobile or retail sales.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

• Basic computer proficiency for billing and CRM usage.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
