Key Responsibilities:
-Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs
- Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources
-Address any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing, and other related topics
-Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data
-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Requirements:
-Fresher or Experience
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor
-Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-HSC / Basic Graduation
-Any Southern regional language will be an added advantage.
