We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to drive sales and achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.

Explain product features, benefits, and availability to customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain store cleanliness, stock display, and visual merchandising standards.

Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

Address customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Support inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.

Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and safety
