We are looking for a dedicated and performance-driven Sales Executive from the elevator/lift industry to strengthen our market presence and contribute to sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in elevator sales, managing long sales cycles, and engaging stakeholders across real estate and infrastructure domains.
Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the elevator segment by targeting builders, developers, architects, and consultants.
Sales Execution: Manage the complete elevator sales cycle — from initial client engagement to final deal closure.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensure repeat business through trust and performance delivery.
Technical Consultation: Offer elevator solutions aligned with client requirements, including specifications, space constraints, and compliance.
Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and present pricing proposals, technical bids, and contract documents in coordination with technical teams.
Market Mapping: Monitor competitor activities, analyze regional demand, and identify untapped areas within the vertical mobility sector.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
This position is exclusively open to professionals with experience in the elevator/lift industry.
Proven track record in elevator sales, preferably in premium or high-rise segment.
Strong network within the real estate, infrastructure, and construction community.
Ability to handle technical conversations, site-specific challenges, and compliance requirements.
Experience in dealing with architects, PMC consultants, and project-based sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
2–5 years of sales experience in the lift/elevator industry (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
