As a Sales Executive , you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations—connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect property solutions. With the support of experienced mentors and a high-energy team, you’ll be equipped to build a strong foundation in sales and real estate.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution and Learning:
Learn from the Best: Work alongside experienced sales leaders who will guide and mentor you through real estate sales.
Client Engagement: Communicate confidently with potential buyers, understand their needs, and assist them in property-related decisions.
Assist with Closures: Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure under supervision.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning Support:
Contribute to Strategy: Participate in team discussions to plan and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
Target-Driven Support: Help the team reach monthly targets by following up with leads and managing client data effectively.
3. Market Familiarity:
Real Estate Basics: Begin building your understanding of Hyderabad’s real estate market—localities, trends, pricing, and buyer behavior.
Stay Curious: Keep up with real estate trends, market developments, and customer preferences to offer relevant solutions.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Build Trust: Assist in creating a positive customer journey through clear communication and professional follow-ups.
Customer First: Support in resolving client queries and concerns with promptness and empathy.
5. Performance Monitoring:
Track Your Progress: Learn how to monitor key metrics like conversion rates, follow-ups, and feedback.
Growth Reporting: Contribute to basic sales reporting and learn from data shared by your seniors.
6. Collaboration:
Teamwork: Work closely with marketing and operations to execute campaigns, events, and client engagement activities.
Feedback Loop: Share client insights and feedback with the team to improve services and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related is a plus)
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, willingness to learn, and an interest in real estate or startups
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
A professional, customer-focused attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven startup environment
