Derma Sense is a trusted name in skin and hair care solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Junior Hair Transplant Caller to assist in handling patient inquiries and setting appointments.

Responsibilities :

• Make outgoing calls to new leads and follow up with existing prospects.

• Explain hair transplant procedures and basic information to interested clients.

• Book consultation appointments with doctors.

• Maintain accurate lead records and call logs.

• Support the senior caller and sales team in reaching daily and monthly targets.

Requirements :

• Good verbal communication and listening skills.

• Confidence and a positive attitude towards learning and achieving targets.

• Basic understanding of hair transplant services is a plus (training will be provided).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
