Position: Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Radha Jewellers, guiding customers through their purchase journey and helping them find the perfect piece of jewellery.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the showroom

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

• Provide detailed product information (purity, pricing, offers, etc.)

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain cleanliness and display arrangements

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for sales and customer service

• Jewellery showroom experience is an added advantage

Position: Billing Staff

Job Description:
We are hiring Billing Staff who can handle daily billing operations accurately and efficiently. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Generate bills/invoices for customers

• Handle cash and card transactions

• Maintain daily billing records and reports

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow

• Ensure 100% accuracy in all billing entries

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is essential

• Good with numbers and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Prior billing experience is a plus but not mandatory
