Sales Executive

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our pharmaceutical and cosmetic retail outlet in Angola.-Africa The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in retail sales with strong skills in sales management, customer service, inventory control, and handling store finances.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

   • Oversee daily sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets.

   • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to boost sales.

2. Cash & Stock Handling:

   • Handle cash transactions, ensure accurate billing, and maintain proper cash records.

   • Manage stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

3. Manpower Supervision:

   • Coordinate with store assistants and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.

   • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline and cleanliness within the outlet.

4. Billing & Documentation:

   • Manage billing operations using POS systems.

   • Issue receipts, maintain customer transaction records, and reconcile end-of-day reports.

5. Target Achievement:

   • Work proactively to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably in pharmacy or cosmetics.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory systems.

• Ability to handle cash and manage a team effectively.

• Willingness to relocate and work in Angola.

Salary: Rs.35-50K per Month +Food , Accommodation Transport, Visa ,Air tickets,
