• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 1–7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in machine building industry.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial automation, and machine control solutions.

• Experience dealing with OEMs, end users, and project-based sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
